The latest Bollywood flick running to packed houses within Pakistan is Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif starrer 'Singh is King'- the movie has been a complete delight for any Pakistani moviegoer passionate about the Bollywood films. Pakistan and India might have their long held differences, but nothing can deny the fact that Pakistanis prefer Indian film productions that are slick and lavishly produced. It is also no secret that most travel abroad just to watch the latest Bollywood flick starring their favorite actors and actresses. It is vital that the Pakistani government remove the ban on showcasing Indian movies so that their exhibition and distribution pours in money vital to revive our production houses. This will help increase the competitiveness of the Pakistani cinema besides keeping the country's millions entertained.

MSN : المسنجر Just over twenty years ago, Emirates was born as the official international airline of the United Arab Emirates. On 25th October 1985, Emirates flew its first routes out of Dubai with just two aircraft—a leased Boeing 737 and Airbus 300 B4. Then as now, our goal was quality, not quantity, and in the years since taking those first small steps onto the regional travel scene, Emirates has evolved into a globally influential travel and tourism conglomerate known the world over for our commitment to the highest standards of quality in every aspect of our business. Though wholly owned by the Government of Dubai, Emirates has grown in scale and stature not through protectionism but through competition—competition with the ever-growing number of international carriers that take advantage of Dubais open-skies policy. Not only do we support that policy, but we see it as vital to maintaining our identity and our competitiveness. After making its initial start-up investment, the Government of Dubai saw fit to treat Emirates as a wholly independent business entity, and today we are thriving because of it. Our growth has never been lower than 20 per cent annually, and the airline has recorded an annual profit in every year since its third in operation. Continuing our explosive growth while continually striving to provide the best service in the industry is the secret of Emirates success. The Emirates Group announced record net profits of Dhs 3.5 billion (US$ 942 million ...

I saw this trailer a couple of weeks ago and it blew my mind with the commentary in it. I uploaded it with the lyrics here in the sidebar. I do not own this video it belongs to the VERSUS channel. Heres the thing that makes life so interesting. The theory of evolution claims that only the strong shall survive. Maybe so...maybe so...But the theory of competition says just because their the strong doesn't mean they cant get their ass's kicked. Thats right. See what every long shot, come from behind underdog will tell you is this. The other guy may in fact be the favorite, the odds maybe stacked against you, fair enough. But what the odds don't know is this isn't a math test. This is a completely different kind of test. One where PASSION has a funny way of trumping logic. So before you step up to the starting line, before the whistle blows, and the clock starts ticking. Just remember out here the results don't always add up. No matter what the stats may say, and the experts may think, and the commentators may have predicted, when the race is on all bets are off. Don't be surprised if someone decides to flip the script and take a pass on yelling uncle. And then suddenly as the old saying goes, WE GOT OURSELVES A GAME!

MaximsNewsNetwork: IMF: MIDDLE EAST ECONOMIC OUTLOOK REPORT
MaximsNewsNetwork: 25 October 2010 -- IMF: Washington, DC - The Middle East and North Africa (MENAP) region is experiencing a robust recovery, aided by rising oil prices and higher oil production levels, a new IMF report says; the IMF's Regional Economic Outlook for the Middle East and Central Asia, released October 24, says the MENAP region's output is projected to expand by some 4.2 percent in 2010, up from 2.3 percent in 2009. "The key challenge for the emerging markets of the Middle East and North Africa is to reduce their unemployment. And to do this they have to tap into their growth potential, they have to grow at about two percent a year faster than they've been growing in the past. And that, in turn, requires improving their competitiveness, building links with trading partners that are themselves growing faster, and looking at inefficiencies and rigidities in their own labor markets," IMF Middle East and Central Asia Director Masood Ahmed said. The region's oil importers, Afghanistan, Djibouti, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Mauritania, Morocco, Pakistan, Syria, and Tunisia, have moderately strengthened in 2010, with the exception of Pakistan, which was hit by devastating floods in mid-2010. Oil importers as a whole are projected to grow 5 percent in 2010, up from 4.6 percent in 2009. In light of stronger growth, the region's governments are resuming efforts to strengthen public finances, the report noted. While public debt levels in most MENAP oil-importing countries ...
